Till's Golf Pool is a private, friends-only hobby pool operated by an individual. It is not a commercial product, a business, or a licensed gambling service. Access is by invitation only. There is no commercial relationship between you and the operator beyond participating in the pool.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at the email below.
Pool rules, scoring formats, and any optional entry fees are set and communicated by the pool operator separately from these terms. The operator may adjust pool rules, scoring, or entry fees at any time; participants will be notified of material changes before picks are locked. Nothing on this site constitutes a wager, contract, or financial product.
The site is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. Live scoring depends on third-party data (ESPN) and may be delayed or incorrect. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
The operator may update or alter these terms at any time. The latest version posted at golf.tilldbq.com/terms supersedes all prior versions. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
